This new feature is available in the current SR2 Beta III build which was released a couple of weeks ago.

The added functionality will be available in SR2 due for public release in June.

I'm not sure about the beta, from what I could gleen from the information from Workshare this was for a future beta of SR2 rather than the current one. If someone from Workshare reads this maybe they could comment?

On the SR1 problems, the install is to do with the INI file and how this is used to create the XML config files. We saw that this wasn't been applied. Although we're not too worried as we are considering installing an XML file direct and turning off the config manager which fires on every boot up (to aid bootup performance)

On the uninstall, we've built a custom install based on the guidlines documented by Workshare. So I think this issues is specific to what we've done. It basically means we can't uninstall the package once installed, will post more information on what is going wrong once we've got it resolved.

Hmm, could this be a cost-saver licence wise for all those users who have to have Adobe Acrobat for PDF manipulation?

I had a look at our Beta install of SR2 and couldn't figure out where this functionality lies.
Am I a Beta version behind?

Am interested to hear your story behind SR1 not installing/uninstalling, would you be able to elaborate?
