Totally agree Mark, the end user not realising is definitely a positive!

On the whole I was writing looking at cloud computing from an end user or application perspective and reflecting on the hype that seems aimed at them (you’re right for infrastructure teams it is potentially a good addition to their arsenal).

Thanks for the comments, really appreciate when firms engage in debate on blogs. I think you (and your customers) get a lot of benefit from it!

Jason - thanks for the mention.

I guess when you say that 'for the end user, nothing will change'. For most end users that is likely seen a a positive (assuming they are backed by a world class infrastructure team). Our goal at LegalCloud is to help that infrastructure team do more for their end users, with less - and do it faster and better at the same time. In that context we are pretty excited about the power of Cloud Computing.

Regards
