There is a big opportunity in finding &#039;the crowd&#039; and engaging in a &#039;conversation&#039; with it...via technology.

Key thing that law firms need to understand is to start a &#039;conversation&#039; you need to understand the &#039;language.&#039; This is the language of the crowd...not the language of the law firm. In other words don&#039;t go speaking French where everyone listens in German.</description>

Did read the white paper by Frank Boening we recently published? It agrees with much of your sentiments. Frank thinks the time is ripe to start learning from outside legal, to mine existing data and use it to become more efficient, productive and competitive. Our software does not have this capability right now, but with enough appetite.... who knows? Would love to know your (and your followers) thought on the paper?
